The fulfillment of basic need of water, from time to time, is being oppressed. In Ponorogo, for instance, the volume of water supply is decreasing because of the fast decreasing number of water catchment areas which finally reduce the number of spring. Now a days, water is hard to be accessed there because a ` area. Planting that concession area with pine trees turns out to decrease the volume of water for irrigation and daily use.Realizing such condition, Paricara conducted a study and investigation to find out the possible cause of that problem and its alternative way out. And then to the finding of that investigation was presented in front of the local government and the members of the local parliement of Ponorogo.
