 Paricara [the foundation] founded in March 27, 2001, Paricara is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation, dedicated to civil society empowerment in the form of popular education, advocacy and strengthening grassroots organisation. Paricara acknowledges and believes the Human Rights (who have been agreed) by the international community is the based of growth and developing the democratic of cultureand social life, transparency and gender equality, who can make differences and diversity as strength. Paricara respects and has made serious effort to develop the systems and local community institution. Its' have been proven and tested so far suitable and supports all of that's values for advance of civilisation and humanity. (1) by positioning local resources as subject, (2) in finding local potency and developing it. (3) justly and transparency, for every individual and community. Paricara has made seriously effort to develop the self-empowerment of the grass' roots organisation. The organisation believes that the community members (men or women) have the same rights and opportunity to actualize themselves. Therefore, the programs emphasize on buildings the actively women participation in making of strategic policy.
